To be successful in this role, you will already be a Principal, Senior Principal, Associate Director or Technical Director with experience working in contaminated sites in Western Australia.
You will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects, mentoring junior consultants, and driving business growth across a variety of industries including government, mining, energy, and infrastructure.

About You
We are looking for an experienced, West Australian based, contaminated sites professional who can bring a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and people leadership to this role.
Key Requirements:
- A Tertiary degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or similar
- Around 15 - 20+ years of experience including contaminated site management within environmental consulting
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations, including the Contaminated Sites Act 2003.
- Proven track record of client management, business development, and project leadership.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor junior professionals, and produce the highest quality technical work
As a respected senior member of the team, you will lead and deliver contaminated land projects, provide technical oversight on projects, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, support business growth and mentor more junior level professionals within the team.
