Lead a high-performing WA team and shape outcomes across ecology, renewables, infrastructure and conservation.
This is a senior leadership role with real scope. You will guide a friendly, multi-disciplinary group delivering environmental assessment, planning and management across government and industry. It suits a people-first leader who enjoys balancing strategy, client relationships and quality technical delivery.
About the Role
You will lead and grow WA operations, set direction and support a culture that values teamwork and technical excellence. The work spans ecology, renewables, EIA, conservation and NRM, with long-standing clients across local, state and federal government and the energy and resources sectors. You will collaborate with national leaders, drive commercial performance, and stay connected to meaningful scientific work while building trusted client relationships.
About You
- Proven leadership in an environmental consultancy or similar
- Strength in business development, project delivery and team management
- Tertiary qualifications aligned to environmental services (ecology, planning/approvals, groundwater or related)
- WA networks and client relationships, or a clear plan to build them
- Warm, positive leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team growth
- Track record of winning work and delivering high-quality outcomes
