Why this move?

About the Role
- Lead site and technical reviews; provide clear, defensible recommendations

- Mentor graduates and casual team members; set standards and lift capability
- Be a trusted technical voice across gold, nickel, iron ore and rare earths projects in WA
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Hydrogeology, Geology or Environmental Science
- Strong consulting background, ideally with WA mining experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Technical leadership, sound commercial judgement and a pragmatic approach
- No BD grind required — focus on delivery, quality and relationships
What’s on Offer

- Bonus potential up to 20%
- Equity options for the right person
- Small, flexible team with low overheads and no bureaucracy
