About the role
Due to ongoing growth and workload, there is a requirement for a Senior to Principal level technical professional to join their busy Townsville office.
They have the ability and capacity to be flexible with the role and would consider someone from either a Groundwater modelling, Hydrogeology or Geochemistry background.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience and qualifications in Groundwater Modelling, Hydrogeology, or Geochemistry as well as a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to fit in and collaborate in a small team of friendly, technical professionals.
The “Ideal candidate” for this role will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Hydrogeology, Geology, Geochemistry or Groundwater Modelling
- Broadly around 8 – 25 years experience, including experience working in a consulting environment (Industry and academia also considered)
- Project Management skills and the ability to deliver technical work to a high standard
- Client management skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders from varied backgrounds.
- Some experience in relevant software such as: Modflow, FEFLOW, PhreeqC, Geochemist's Workbench or similar
