Senior Resource Geologist

Perth-based technical role with real impact. Join a small, capable technical team focused on underground, narrow-vein gold deposits. You will own the resource modelling work, collaborate closely with the group geologist, and help shape ongoing resource development and growth.

About the Role
 

• 3D geological modelling and wireframing (lithology, structure, mineralisation)
• Build and update block models in Micromine
• Resource estimation and reconciliation with production
• Support drill program design and rank exploration targets
• Liaise with mining engineers on stope optimisation, dilution and recovery
• Contribute to JORC-compliant reporting and technical documentation

 
  About You
 

• Around 6 - 10 years’ experience in mining/resource geology
• Confident with Micromine for modelling and estimation
• Underground experience — narrow-vein gold especially valued
• Hands-on onsite background with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Strong communication and willingness to take ownership
• Perth-based long term, comfortable with 2 - 3 site trips per year
