Senior Field Assistant

We’re partnering with a well-run gold exploration project near Leonora that’s looking for a reliable, hands-on Senior Field Assistant to support ongoing drilling and site operations.

With a consistent exploration program, good camp amenities, this is a stable opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, practical, and part of a close-knit team.

• From $580/day + super, with room to move for the right person
• 15/13 FIFO roster ex-Perth
• Comfortable camp: ensuite dongas, bush gym, and a camp cook with good food
• Supportive culture with a good mix on site
• Start dates available in the next 2 - 3 weeks

• Support daily exploration activities near Leonora
• Sampling, core/chip handling, drill support, and site logistics
• Maintain tidy laydowns, consumables, and accurate field records
• Work closely with geologists to keep operations running smoothly
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive team environment

• Experienced field assistant with around 5 - 10 years in exploration or mining
• Strong safety focus, practical mindset, and clear communication
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Fit for FIFO work on a 15/13 roster
