About the role
 
  • Lead and review contaminated land investigations and risk assessments across multiple sites
  • Provide technical direction, QA and mentoring for junior and mid-level consultants
  • Shape innovative technical strategies and set clear quality benchmarks
  • Build strong client relationships and support bids and broader business growth
  • Collaborate with internal specialists across hydrogeology, remediation and environmental planning

Requirements
 
  • Degree in environmental science, engineering or hydrogeology
  • Extensive experience across soil, groundwater, surface water and vapour investigations
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects including budgets, schedules and risk
  • Solid understanding of WA regulatory frameworks
  • Well-developed client advisory, stakeholder engagement and mentoring capabilities

This is a technical leadership role where you’ll be trusted to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes while developing people and strengthening client partnerships.
