As the project advances, the business is now looking to appoint a senior executive or experienced manager with strong graphite and processing experience to help lead the next phase of development.
This is a key leadership hire, with scope to influence technical direction, project delivery and overall business strategy.
About the Role
This role will suit someone comfortable operating at executive or senior leadership level in a technically complex environment, with the credibility to lead both upstream mining and downstream processing workstreams.
Key areas of responsibility to include:
- Senior leadership across graphite mining and battery anode processing activities
- Oversight of drilling programs, technical workstreams and engineering studies
- Guiding project development from studies through to execution
- Working closely with the board, investors and senior stakeholders
- Building and leading technical and project delivery teams as the business grows
Background & Experience
- Senior executive or senior management experience
- Strong exposure to graphite and/or battery materials projects
- Hands-on involvement in drilling programs and/or engineering studies
- Chemical, process or mining engineering background preferred
- Proven leadership capability in project development and delivery environments
