Environmental Planner / Land Use Planner / Town Planner

We are currently partnering with a leading environmental planning and development consultancy who provide a range of services to clients across sectors including Government, Agriculture and Land Development.

Dut to ongoing growth and expansion, they are looking to appoint a Senior Environmental Planner / Land Use Planner to join their friendly and successful team

Key Responsibilities of the role:
 

• Manage consulting and approval processes for urban planning and redevelopment projects
• Provide strategic approval advice and development impact assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients (private, corporate, government organisations)
• Attend meetings with clients, government, and community stakeholders
• Conduct research, information, and data analysis

Qualifications and experience required:
 

• Degree in Environmental Planning, Town Planning, Urban planning or related fields
• Around 4 – 6 + years of experience working in a planning related field

The following would be highly regarded:
 

• Previous consulting experience with a focus on planning approvals
• Membership of a relevant professional association (e.g. EIANZ, Planning Institute of Australia, Victorian Planning & Environmental Law Association etc)
• Client management and business development skills

Benefits on offer:
 

• Good salary negotiable but anticipated in the region of $100,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation 
• Bonus up to 10% of salary based on KPIs
