Consultant - Contaminated Land

We’re working with a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation and a close-knit environmental team, they deliver quality outcomes across land development, infrastructure and conservation projects.

They’re now looking for a Contaminated Land Consultant to join their Perth team  with a solid grounding in site investigations and reporting, who’s keen to grow their consulting skills.

About the Role

You’ll work alongside experienced contaminated land professionals to deliver Phase 1 and 2 assessments, fieldwork and reporting across a mix of land development and infrastructure projects. The role includes environmental sampling, technical data interpretation, and preparing clear, accurate reports.

There’s strong internal support and the chance to develop your project management skills over time. 

About You
 

• Degree in Environmental Science, Geology or similar
• 2–6 years’ experience in contaminated land or related consulting
• Understanding of relevant guidelines (NEPM, ASC NEPM)
• Experience with asbestos in soils highly regarded
• Comfortable conducting fieldwork and interpreting results
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated to grow your consulting skills and take on responsibility
• Able to work well in a team and manage competing priorities
